Ka'alele au - The Flight of the Navigator

Primary Kahuna training in Ka'alele au (Flight of the Naviagor), relaxation and therapeutic bodywork. This is a ten day in residence training retreat designed to suit you the student for accelerated development of focus, sensitivity and personal understanding.

The training is adjusted and structured around your individual level of awareness and application and will include instruction in:

* Hawaiian backwalking

* Joint rotations

* Front and back or full body relaxation and therapeutic bodywork

*Leverage

* Postural realignment

* Holding your personal space of empowerment.

Shared rooms and delicious meals help create a family environment of nurturing and self expression.
